Ads Hub

Terms

Terms

Effective 16 October 2026. These terms are an agreement with Pranav Anam personally. Ads Hub is not assigned to an employer or another company by being published. Ads Hub is not Google and it is not Meta.

The service

Ads Hub is a governed MCP connector for Google Ads and Meta Ads. It is meant to keep creates paused, to require a second person for spend-increasing changes, to enforce a daily cap, and to record an audit trail. Those controls reduce mistakes. They are not a promise that an ad account will be free of spend, policy violations, or errors.

You need your own Google Ads or Meta ad account, and the right to administer it. You remain responsible for the ads, the budget, and compliance with Google's and Meta's rules. Ads Hub's rules sit on top of those. They do not replace them.

This deployment

This deployment does not call Google or Meta. The address /oauth/google/callback is the redirect Ads Hub will register with Google. Visiting it does not exchange an authorization code, store a token, or change an ad account.

Acceptable use

You will not use Ads Hub to reach an ad account you do not control, to cross into another tenant, to evade the pause, approval, or cap controls, or to run advertising that breaks the law or the platform's policies.

Privacy

The privacy policy is part of these terms. It describes the adwords scope, Limited Use of Google user data, retention, and deletion.

Availability

Ads Hub is provided as available. Pranav Anam may suspend access that threatens another tenant or the spend controls. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranty, and liability for loss of profit, ad spend, or data is excluded where that exclusion is allowed.
